Add random encounters to Minecraft.

As you wander around and play the game, over time you will run into random encounters.

These encounters aren't solved with your typical gameplay however, instead you must use the Persuasion Wheel to dictate the outcome!

Encounters happen more often as you do actions such as sprinting, fighting, eating.

The mod is currently WIP, with 15 possible random encounters, and more to come in future.
